Excellent hospital. Friend had aortic aneurysm surgery. Absolute top notch from Dr's, nurses, all way to shuttle driver who took me back to my car. State of the art all the way!!!
I had a 8 hour long surgery 2 years ago and I can't express how grateful I am from my surgeon all the young interns and all other hospital staff members. You all deserve the highest Thank You. I would recommend anyone facing a health issue to check out Emory.
The staff there is wonderful but there but the emergency room is by far the worst I ever seen
Great 👍🏽 hospital. Caring staff. Clean facilities. Their health care systems shows what doctors you see and medications you take. That way I don't have to remember everything. Communication is great 👍🏽
I gladly give your hospital 5o out of 5 stars!!Saturday night my cousin was rushed there n seriously critical conditions n is in neurological I.C.U. now on life support n I go there last Sunday n until last night n WE stayed in a lobby n encountered such caring ,friendly,helpful staff n family's in our position. Far as my cousin's care,top notch all the way. He's not being treated as a unconsious bother or like it's hopeless bad as things look presently but with love, RESPECT, n drive to bring him outta this,especially nurse... read more
I felt very unsafe. The staff showed zero empathy towards a patient threatening suicide.. They disregarded his threats and allowed him to walk out. Versus telling us waiting patients that there weren't any beds and estimating a potential wait time, they had patients in the lobby with IV lines and other patients that went to the back for procedures to later return to the lobby... Valet was another horrendous experience. Customer Service Soft Skills would be a great course for the first impression staff to look into.
They did a great job removing my brothers kidney for a transplant. I'm very disappointed they were unable to cure his ugly bald head sadly. But, even the best medical science has its limitations. They're doctors and nurses, not gods. Amazing staff and tasty coffee.
So far the hospital staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have made our time here comfortable. We feel safe and cared for
Exceptional service like always! Hopefully be getting a transplant soon!
