Grant was professional and very kind to me and my family. He called me back right away got answers to all my questions. I bought my vehicle from him in less than a hour.
I stopped by the dealership and none of the salesmen came out to great or help me. The rain was too much of a deterrent although I was standing in the light rain trying to look at the car. I called the dealership to let them know that I was leaving because if the lack of service and they did not seem to care. I will not step foot on that lot again.
I spoke with people about a specific truck I was interested in on thursday and friday via email. I was convinced to come in and called saturday morning before I left because I live over an hour from the dealership. I was told they would get the truck ready for me and I could hop right in for a test drive when I got there. When I got there the truck was sold!
