Colt and his team are amazing!
they told me it was sold. I sent a follow up email....no response. I called in and left a message...no response. 6 hrs later a manager email to see how I was being treated............I told about the lack of everything.....he said sorry. Soytou can guess that no way I would spend my money there.
Honest and straight forward, Price was fair, not to high compared to others listed during that time, so far so good with our new used truck. I would buy from them again.

I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership again or recommend them. Emich does not care about getting you the vehicle you want or getting you a fair deal. I thought they were different. Unfortunately they live up to the typical used car salesmen stereotype, sell you whatever they can for as much as they can. I called in advance, as I drove up they had The exact car I was looking for no hassles no and if‘s or butts. I didn’t like that they didn’t want to negotiate on the price that was disappointing that they couldn’t lower the price but overall service was excellent and got me approved on the spot and drove away with my brand new vehicle
