My experience was disappointing frustrating and I will never go there again. We had an appointment to see the car and another family took it for a test drive. The dealership told us it was still ours. They said we were the number 1 and we had it locked in. We were there for 2 hours filling out applications and going to buy the car when they came back and said the other couple got it. They lied and deceived. Wasted 2 hours to go home with no car
If I could give a 0 star, I would. This dealership adds back the $4K federal rebate plus an additional $2600 fees as "aftermarket" charges. In other words, they reduce their initial price to below the $25K threshold so you can qualify for the $4K rebate but then adds it back plus more as some kind of add-on fees. Don't believe their listing prices. You're not getting the benefit of the federal rebate with them!

I didn't qualify for the Rogue but the salesperson explained once the financing was approved then they would call me down to dealership to choose the vehicle I wanted. Well when I arrived there was only one vehicle which was nice and clean so I test drove it. After 6-8 months of searching, looking at junk, disappointments, and rude salespeople (that acted like we were bothering them) we were so lucky to have found this dealership! We drove 2.5 hours to get there and man was it ever worth the trip!! We finally got our perfect truck, perfect price and most of all the perfect salesman Gary McKoy!!
