I believe his name was Brian....very personable and had great knowledge of inventory I had interested in..
I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership again or recommend them. Emich does not care about getting you the vehicle you want or getting you a fair deal. I thought they were different. Unfortunately they live up to the typical used car salesmen stereotype, sell you whatever they can for as much as they can. I called in advance, as I drove up they had The exact car I was looking for no hassles no and if‘s or butts. I didn’t like that they didn’t want to negotiate on the price that was disappointing that they couldn’t lower the price but overall service was excellent and got me approved on the spot and drove away with my brand new vehicle
Salesman Jay was so easy to work with. Made the process easy. No high pressure sales. Very satisfied with my purchase.
I dealt with salesman Bryan. Bryan was professional. When it came time to the sales manager my experience with Emich was not good. Basically the sales manager acted as though the trade that I was bringing in was a piece of junk. Then the sales manager pulled up price comps of vehicles that were not comparable to my trade and offered me a really low ball offer. I was trading in a diesel truck and he pull up price comps on a gasoline truck. I will not recommend any friends or family members to Emich Chevrolet!
