If I could give them no stars I would! This was the worse experience I have ever had with a dealership! I cannot stress it enough how many times I wasn’t contacted along with the lies about the $80k vehicle I was purchasing. I drove almost 500 miles to get there and find out that the vehicle was not in the shape I was told the only person that was honest with me during the process was the salesman, the sales manger and general manger were rude and didn’t even offer a discount on the vehicle after all issues were brought up. ... read more

I would highly recommend Emich Chevrolet! Buying a used car is my least favorite thing to do and Emich Chevrolet made it simple, pressure free and with full disclosure. Bart Johnson was my salesman and he was professional, responsive and personally delivered my car with a smile and a genuine appreciation for my business. Thank you Emich, I'll be back.

The salesman contacted me promptly and was courteous. He sent me pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. He also followed up on how the dealership treated me and what would it take for me to purchase the vehicle I was interested in. However, when I inquired as to why the vehicle was priced way below KBB value, the salesman responded, "we are overstocked on vehicles." They contacted me very timely and in a considerate fashion and would use them again. Ended up finding the right color of pickup elsewhere.

I expressed a high level of interest in purchasing a specific vehicle from Emich and set up an appointment to make the purchase, however, I was not offered the opportunity to put a deposit down on the vehicle (as I later found out was standard practice for this dealership in dealing with seriously interested clients) while the Emich sales team sold the vehicle I had intended to buy less than 24hrs before my scheduled appointment for purchase.
