Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgable. Took the time to explain all of the vehicle features and made sure to demonstrate them during the test drive. As he owns a Chevy Bolt himself he was able to give first-hand information and advice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the outside of the vehicle was very dirty when I saw it and I was unable to see the minor hail damage (which I was told it did not have) until after I purchased it and washed it myself. Great one on one relationship. Straight forward and honest about the condition, and availability of the truck. Got me in for an appointment as soon as I wanted to. Closing was easy and the loan manager was helpful and easy going. Great experience.
