Contacted dealership and after 7 days of poor communication, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I have never had to work this hard to buy a vehicle. Had to wait all day some days to get a response back to questions I had. Not a good experience. Did not feel like I mattered as a customer.

Deal was very responsive, took the time to understand my needs and then went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. They also offered me a great deal.
I had to keep pressing them for info about a car I was interested in. Took them about 2 weeks to get back to me and answer questions I had. They have one photograph of the vehicle on CarGurus and the car isn’t even on their lot yet. After one inquiry they started robo spamming my email. Poor job at responding to inquiries, robo spams your email when you respond to the add, and cars are way over priced. Hard pass on this dealership.
Angel contacted me to view the car I had inquired about. We had made an appointment for later that day as I live two hours away. Upon arriving to this dealership I was told that the car had been sold 5 minutes prior to me arriving. Very disappointed as I was given no apology for my wasted time or fuel. The gentleman we did talk to was very rude and we waited for a Todd to show us other cars but instead we waited outside in the cold and no o e helped us so we left. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership
I ended up buying this truck. It was a pleasant experience working with Emich and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. There was no pressure whatsoever and the truck sold itself. A big thank you to Stephanie who helped us with the sale!
I decided I would instead select another vehicle, and informed the salesman that I was canceling our appointment in plenty of time so he could adjust his schedule, the salesman I was working with asked me what I was interested in I told him. He replied by saying he would send me some options, and I haven't ever heard back from him, which led me to feel this salesperson felt I wasn't worth his time, at this point, I wouldn't recommend or purchase a vehicle from that dealership at all.
David and the whole team were great. Drove 15 hours to buy a vehicle from these guys and I’d do it again. Everyone was friendly and I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend.
