Horrible experience & waste of time. Left the dealer right after went down the street and got something better with better dealership treatment especially from management. I would rate this dealer 0/10 for management control & a 8/10 for the sales reps. My problem here was with management.

I had special financing needs, but the dealer couldn't help me. My credit score was 746, but I am one of the victims of the Colorado Data Breach and identity theft that was uncovered in August 2023. The finance manager at Emich didn't even care, and didn't lift a finger to try to help me finance a used car. He completely wasted my time and told me to come back when my score improved. You can bet that is not going to happen !
Called about the truck. Was told they'd text me a video. Never did. Called again a week later, asked about the mileage because I'd seen two posts w different information. They said they'd che k and call me back in five. They never did. Not sure if they actually sell vehicles or maybe it's my voice? The mileage has ranged from 55k, 57k and 114k. If there’s a way for buying a car to be nice, I suppose this was probably an average experience. We purchased the vehicle but the team at Emich knew next to nothing about the car itself or its features “because they sell Chevy’s.” We also found the financing component to be a bit aggressive and they incorrectly informed us that we had to come to the dealership before picking up our loan draft from the bank and it turned out this was just another attempt to get us to finance through them.
