Reached out to dealer asked a bout trade in sent info they never replied waited a few days called again told them I didn’t have to trade in I just wanted to purchase Yukon they gave me an appointment since I’m 2 hrs away from dealer on my way there I get a call stating a fellow worker booked appointment at same time and they told me I can come look at it but no guarantee it would be available so I turned around came home I called next day to see if still available and it had sold. Dealer was prompt, thorough, and kind.
Good phone and email dialogue. I was not able to see the car in the month of expressing interest and think I missed out on a good deal.
Overall was great. Vehicle was not ready to go when I got there. But they got it together after I got there and the vehicle so far is great. From Tennessee to Mobile Alabama not a problem
Sun Chevrolet was fantastic to deal with! Salesperson Nick was so easy to work with!
