I don't really have much of an experience to report, but it was positive. It was mostly via email with Tom who was very nice and helpful on email. However; my husband didn't want a blue Cadillac and we also decided that we needed an SUV for towing, instead of another sedan.
Honest, fast, great customer service. Financing was easy and quick. That's why I've bought my last three vehicles from Emich.
They were great they responded very quickly but did not have enough funds for the car

Terrible!!! Made a appointment on a Wednesday for Saturday afternoon and on Saturday morning r Received a text from a sales person that the manager took.the vehicle for his personal use for the weekend and won't be back until Monday needless to say I didn't reschedule. Got to love those perks right
