The car advertised was "just sold this morning"
I had a terrible, highly unprofessional experience with Emich. They refuse to answer simple questions regarding vehicles and, instead, literally harass the buyer to come in. No respect whatsoever for the buyer's time or convenience. You couldn't pay me to do business with these disrespectful amateurs.
Car I wanted sold 6 hrs before I got there, but great staff!

Excellent friendly service and awesome prices. I ended up buying somewhere else because of availability of a different model but their service was definitely second to none.
I e-mailed them and told them that I was interested in this truck and received an answer next day. we discussed my situation and agreed it was out of my range in price. I was satisfied with the chat and they are keeping me in mind.

Prompt in their response but unwilling to give kbb trade in value for my trade.
Scheduled an appointment to test drive then sold the car without calling to cancel our appointment so we drove an hour to the dealership for no reason. No apology from sales or management.
