I e-mailed them and told them that I was interested in this truck and received an answer next day. we discussed my situation and agreed it was out of my range in price. I was satisfied with the chat and they are keeping me in mind.

Scheduled an appointment to test drive then sold the car without calling to cancel our appointment so we drove an hour to the dealership for no reason. No apology from sales or management.

Sales ladies called multiple times and sent many text message in early process, but communication has gotten very bare. Would like to hear more information on financing options, but overall customer service at Emich Chevrolet is friendly and helpful.
