I called Emily about a car. The salesperson was very helpful.
The dealer was very responsive and is still helping me find the right vehicle.
I wanted to make an offer but they said the car was only to show and wouldn't be available for sale for about a month!
We drove by slightly after hours as they were locking the door. They let us in, showed us the car we found on your site and sold it to us instead of sending us home until the next working day. They were friendly, courteous and professional!!

I was approve for a car through chase with 2000,00 down, and a week later, i was sent a denial letter from Emich stating Well Fargo denied me, and didn't mention my approve from chase. i thought this was Un professional and Un fair under the circumstance that i was already approve.
Sales rep was responsive and courteous.
