The overall experience was smooth and quick. The vehicle was not detailed or checked. I had to pay to get it detailed, oil filter changed, AC fixed and new serpentine belt. Yes you can say its my fault for not negotiating that in but Im used to dealership by me that automatically details and preps vehicles when they know im coming in along with being up front on any issues it could have. Very informative on vehicle
Received an email and phone call. I will go test drive the vehicle I'm interested in on Saturday. So far, so good.
I test drove the car I was interested in on Saturday. The sales rep was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to wait until Monday after work to go purchase the car. Their customer service person stayed in contact with me Monday afternoon and I confirmed I would still be there after 5 pm on Monday. I was looking forward to completing the purchase of my new car.
