I was there today with a significant thumb injury and all I can say is you are the best!!! It was not my first visit but I haven't taken the time to write a thank you note before. But, I have recommended you to many, many people over the years and I always hear nothing but praise and compliments. Thank you!
Brought my daughter to the Hyde park one because she has had pain in her hip for almost a week.. they did a urine test to rule out an UTI and did x-rays of her hip. He comes in and says he believes she’s has ovarian tension and she needs to get test for it you need to go to the ER and I will call ahead to let them know your coming..So thinking it was something really serious I rush there.. Best Urgent care in the Hudson Valley. Dr. Thompson was kind, and took the time to explain what was going on and how to treat it. I visited the new location on route 9 in Poughkeepsie. All of the staff was friendly, as well. I would highly recommend this place
Sick care has changed so much over the last several years. I honestly don’t remember the last time I went to my primary care doc when I was sick. I see her more for annual physicals. When I’m sick or a family member is sick, we end up going to Emergency One for convenience. Just go, no appointment. That sometimes means you wait a little longer but the care we’ve for things like flu like symptoms, colds, infections, etc has been kind and thorough and resulted in a prescription or more tests. I’ve always felt grateful for the ... read more
Emergency One in Hyde park is the one I have been to. On New year's eve day I was having a problem with my eye that got worse. The doctor new immediately that it was cellulitis. He treated me appropriately. Fast forward one month and I woke up with 101 fever ,coughing, etc. They made sure it was not the flu. (Which it was not) it was bronchitis. Again, treated me appropriately. The doctor and staff are great!
They know what they are doing. They are efficient with their time yet clear and professional about what’s going on with you. I left their reassured the the doctor and staff did a thorough job. Will definitely go in again if/when I need to
Very kind, knowledgeable, comforting, efficient. I knew I was in good and capable hands. I'm grateful for the care I received. From the moment I was greeted at the front desk to my discharge, I felt valued and cared for.
Took my dad here because caremount wait was 1.5 hours and still haven’t called us to come back. Went here. So clean. Staff was very nice and had us in and out !!!
Friendly, professional, and timely service. I have only been to the New Windsor clinic, but they are great.
