The receptionist are very kind and patient and helpful. They made sure my elderly mother with dementia and in a wheelchair didn’t have to wait hours. The rest of the staff was courteous and helpful too. Same with the doctor. I’d definitely recommend this urgent care facility.
I went for Covid test. I made an appointment online and registered online, I arrived at the appointed time there were not a lot of people there in front of me. Plenty of room for social distancing. Everyone was very friendly, the place is beautiful, I didn't feel like I was being rushed out. They took their time and explained the procedures and what would happen next. I live in Wappingers Falls and I would return their next time I needed Urgent Care without a doubt!

The welcoming efficient staff, good doctors, and safe clean facility. I’ve been there three times and have gotten good, fast service and a highly pleasant experience.
The voice recording presents the locations as a register "ONLY" to be seen. I was given a APPOINTMENT time of 2:30. I arrived the 10 min prior request and filled out the on line registration that was VERY lengthy. Once at the location the VERY young (unprofessional) receptionist stated that my "appt" time is really just a reservation. And that it's been moved to 3:30. And instructed me to "sit" in my car. I was VERY confused at this. I then continued to inquire what was the point of the "pick appt time" if it's not honored. ... read more
Availability of help, pleasant desk staff, doctors that listen to you before they make a pronouncement.
I went today to the Hurley Ave location. Everyone was helpful, from the lady in the front desk, the nurses and doctor. They answered all my questions and their customer service skills were very good.
