I brought my daughter to Emergency One in New Windsor this morning and as always, we had a top notch experience. From beginning to end, we were extremely satisfied. We made our appt online and waited a minimal amount of time before being seen. Thank you to all the staff for always being so kind.

I went to the New Windsor location and was quite pleased. I needed a Covid-19 test to return to work, and I was able to book my appointment online the same day. My wait time was nothing more than a couple of minutes which is expected with a first time visit. The facility was clean and suitable for social distancing with lots of hand sanitizer available and chairs taped off to ensure everyone sits at least 6 feet apart. All of the staff was great. Doctors won’t see you in their offices and want to diagnose you OVER THE PHONE - but Molly at Emergency One Hyde Park just looked in my ear and my throat and said ok you have a bad ear infection and swollen glands and enlarged tonsils on left side. BAM!
Excellent professional and courteous service
8 days after COVID testing my multiple calls for results go ignored. I am letting the NYS Health Department and CDC know about this. You don't even have the decency to call and say you lost it or don't have results yet. Nothing.....

Vinnie, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We have no control over the results. Labcorp is behind and results therefore are delayed. With the thousands of tests that we've completed in the last week, we cannot call to tell you that there are no results yet. You will be notified when the result comes in. Meanwhile, if you wish to set up a patient portal, you can receive the result as soon as we do. Please let me know if you wish for someone to contact you regarding the portal.
