RecommendedVery friendly and caring staff. They checked up on me after I left the office to make sure I was feeling ok and followed there instructions. More then one staff member contacted me the following day to see how I was. I would difficultly go back and refer friends. I received excellent care.
The staff is very friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. The doctor quickly got to the source of my reason for coming and prescribed the medicine and treatment plan. The nurse who administered the two shots was amazing, not even a pin prick of pain. Within a couple of days the infection has cleared up and I’m feeling 100% better. All in all, a very good experience. I was glad that I went.
I brought my husband in with a deep puncture wound in the bottom of his foot after he stepped on a screw. We waited approximately 30 minutes as a walk-in. The facility was very nice and clean with a welcoming atmosphere. Pleasant receptionist and medical staff! He received terrific care. Thank you!

Very Courteous desk staff. Short wait times. Exam was very thorough. FNP Jennifer made made a spot on diagnosis and prescribed antibiotics. Will go back to the New Windsor office again for treatment.

I am a huge fan of the New Windsor office. The staff there are so kind. Melissa and Theresa took great care of my son after a dog bite on his face. I myself have been a patient too and highly recommend them. Very friendly and professional.
