First time there. Great experience! Friendly staff, clean office. Quick to be seen considering it wasn’t by appointment. I would highly recommend it!
Seen doctor Thomas twice once last month and yesterday he's a great doctor an the nurse's and staff are very nice unlike some other urgent cares I have been to in Newburgh

I have used this walk-in multiple times over the years. I've had occasion to use it twice the last couple of months. So much better than an emergency room! I go online where there is a bar chart that shows how busy they are and at what times. When I use that to determine when I will go I have had to wait at the most 20 minutes to a half an hour and sometimes not at all. Not only do I have no complaints but I recommend them highly
I had a GOOD experience. It was New Years Eve morning with a few people waiting. I was seeen in a reasonable amount of time. Office was clean, staff was friendly, and doctor was efficient. Have been there before and will definitely go there again if needed.

Well...my daughter and I arrived an hour and 15 minutes ago and have YET to see the doctor! All for a note the school requires clearing her to return to sports\gym. We sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes after advising the receptionist why we were here only to be forgotten. THEN we are officially checked in. Now we have been waiting for 25 minutes in a room to be seen by the PA. I could understand if the waiting room was full today but that is not the case. Completely unprofessional. No Bullshit place they see you right away. They help you with all the paper work and if you need meds they send you to CVS just across the street.
