I went to the New Windsor location and loved it. The staff and Dr were all very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility was clean and had a large enough waiting room that I could sit far away from others without sharing germs with them. I really loved the Dr. But I have nothing but good things to say about each staff member-the Receptionist, Nurse, and Dr were all terrific! I have worked in healthcare and these people know their stuff. I will definitely be going back and will recommend them to all my friends.

They wouldn't help me change a bandage from a surgery I had the day before. Had to drive to Albany !!!

I had a stupid infected middle finger, so I called E1 on my way home from work. I hate going to the doctor, but being welcomed by Jen and my finger actually getting serious concern was worth it. Happy to report I only needed antibiotics and 24 hours later, my angry finger is only somewhat grumpy.

Today I went to the Emergency One in Hyde Park and was refused to be seen because of a balance due; which there is none because payment is always due at time of services. I've been sick and have cough, chest congestion for a week now. Couldn't get in to my doctor, so thought close enough. NEVER AGAIN!! I am also finding a way to file complaint because they refused someone medical assistance!!

Long wait just to talk to the doctor for 5 minutes, get diagnosed and charged over $200 without any tests being given

The "Dr.", Jill, who is apparently a nurse practitioner, not a Dr., didn't bother staying in the room long enough to answer any questions, let alone finish a sentence. She literally walked out mid sentence into the hallway. There were two other patients ahead of us, one after us so the place was not hopping busy. The intake nurse is awesome however. Today my husband called to find out if there was anything else on the radiology report, mentioned the way the "Dr" behaved yesterday and was told that if he didn't like how he wa... read more
