I was honestly shocked by the care I received. The doctor was insensitive and blaming. I was told I could return for care as I didn't have a primary doctor yet. This doctor told me my health concern was not "urgent enough" and I would need to go somewhere else and not return even if I felt worse. He was nasty, rude, and made me nervous by his demeanor. I will not recommend or return.

I've always found Emergency One to be fast and professional. Personally, I use the online scheduling function to ensure I can get in and out pretty quickly. Although there is usually a wait, they really do get you in and out as quick as possible.
Care given was fine. I didn't appreciate the $70 "AFTER HOURS FEE" they charged because it was after 5pm... even though their clinic's hours are until 9pm. Had gone here in the past but I won't go anymore due to shady billing practices. It's a shame.
I used to go there whenever, I feel. Excellent service and quick. Not much waiting!
