I have been to Emergency One a few times for injuries or tests. The entire staff could not be kinder. They always put you at ease, and answer any questions. Thanks to the team for all they are doing, especially during the pandemic. You are health-care heroes!

From the friendly welcoming receptionist, to the staff & Physicians Assistance I’ve always encountered a professional environment. I can believe the interactions I’ve witnessed while sitting in their waiting room & they’ve handled all with kind & considerate responses.
From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were all great. I was treated well and the doctor was very pleasant and capable. Thanks Emergency One.
Recently had a Covid test done at Emergency One. Went in on 11/19/2020 for the test. Called several times for a follow up and was told the lab is behind. Call the lab and they tell me THEY NEVER GOT THE TEST! Of course Emergency One is closed today and I’m sure they will blame the lab. So instead of checking on my test liked i asked several times, they rushed me off the phone. DON’T USE THIS PLACE.
The staff is AMAZINGLY helpful and polite. The doctor made my children feel comfortable and listened to them. GREAT JOB!!!
The staff was very professional and treated me with the upmost respect. They have electronic registration and scheduled appointments to minimize the amount of people in the waiting room. I have to say I felt safer at emergency ones site than at other medical facilities.
Scheduled a COVID test online. As this is the week before a holiday, I expected a crowd. My husband and I were notified that Emergency One was running behind via text messages. The staff was as efficient as possible under the circumstances. They warned walk-ins of the expected wait and offered contacting clients by phone. It's wonderful to have a place so conveniently located and local, too.
