RecommendedEveryone in this office is very helpful and attentive. I would recommend this office to everyone based on the fact that they are so helpful and nice. The office was very professional from Erica and Lisa at the desk to the PA and receiving nurse. I will be coming back!
I was able to register online and when I arrived I did not have to wait long to be seen. From the receptionist to the medical assistant to the PA and the x-ray technician I would give them all 10’s!

Highly impressed by the Poughkeepsie location. Takes only minutes to schedule an appointment online and there’s very little wait time once you arrive. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable.
I was there today in the New Windsor location. I had a great experience, clean office, comfortable check in. I was able to wait in my car with my son and was called when they were ready for us. Theresa Dowd PA was excellent and so sweet to my little guy, since we were getting covid tested. Highly recommend seeing her she gave great advice and support, very knowledgeable. Thank you Theresa and the New Windsor office !
Went to the Hyde Park location for bad case of poison ivy. Was quickly attended to and treated.by FNP Jennifer Lacina Staff was extremely friendly and professional.The entire office visit from check in to exit was about 45 minutes.
Very convient. Newwindsor ny Staff extremely kind, Doctor's are awesome. Never ever any confusion. Always return calls if need be .I recommend them

Awesome experience with Dr. Thomas, stitched up a crazy cut and they were all so thorough, but most of all they were fast, courteous and friendly...took great care of us today...Best kept secret...no wait and They take care of you as a person!
