Very responsive and professional.
Very good service and timely installation of Windows. Workers cleaned up the place after them as well. Great price as well. Will recommend them to others.
Quality of work was good. However, owner subs work out and did not come to jobsite during project. Most expensive bid. I believed I would get more for my money.

Not sure why this customer would be unhappy with work that is good.As for subs, most any company out there does sub out there work. Don't just take there word for it. My window installer has been doing all of our jobs for the last 5 years. When you have the confidence of the same quality of work EVERY job, there is no reason for a visit to the job untill it is done. If you read other comments from past customers , you will see that there are no customers with the same review.

Emerald State Exteriors subs their concrete work to Andy Young at Acadia Concrete Construction who did a very professional job. I would recommend them without reservation.
I called Todd about our leaky roof on Monday, we had a quote by Wednesday, and a new roof by Friday! To say that we are satisfied with the work he did is an understatement. He was extremely professional, was patient in answering all of my questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. His team was polite, efficient, and left my yard as tidy as before they began. I will definitely be calling Todd when we're ready to do the rest of our home renovations!
Seth, is the guy took care of the concrete job. Pretty quick and the job was well done. However, couple of things I think they can do better. 1st is that they neither gave me a phone call before they came to remove the existing concrete, nor when they came back to pour the new concrete the other day. 2nd is that they use my gravels piled up in my yard without firstly asking me, and I did have plans for these gravels, now I have to come up with another plan. Todd called me half an hour after I submitted my request. He came over the same day to give me a quote and was able to offer me different options that were within my strict budget. Despite some delays to get the project started, Todd kept in regular contact with us the whole time to let us know what was going on.
