Seth is the best contractor I have worked with to date. He was very professional and provided excellent updates. Their work was excellent and completed the job in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with there work and the patio. We would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

Price reasonable. Finish the job very quickly Quality of work great. Work crew left work area clean at the end of the day. Work crew made sure no damage to plants, grass area and existing structure. Got lots of compliments from neighbors and Homeowners association for great job.

Site clean-up could have been a bit better--still picking some bits of concrete out of the grass from the pour, but I consider that a minor (and inevitable) thing. The pour itself--and the end result--I am thrilled with the job overall. They accomplished my major need--replacing a completely buckled driveway (and discovered during the tear-out that the original driveway was poorly constructed). Good value relative to competition, quoted best quality window in an understandable estimate. Painting exposed wood not included, so job is finished when I hire a professional painter. But that's industry wide, so not a negative.
They were timely, considerate all of our needs/requests and due to the crazy weather we've been getting, they pulled through it. They quoted a fare rate and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Will definitely consider them again should we decide to do the front walkway.
