Emerald State was quick to respond, had the lowest bid for the same product than other contractors, and installation was professionally done. Can't go wrong with this contractor.
I called for a gutter and down spout cleaning. They were able to come out the next day for a quote and service which was great. The technicians were friendly and even told us that our roof needed some repairs. The owner called over the phone and gave me a quote at least $100 over the other companies I called. I mentioned this so he brought down the price. However the company did not take their own coupon on their Service Magic website.
Took care of the small leak within hours of my call... I've hired Emerald to put on a new roof. Todd's bid was the best by far for the same materials, and quality.
We think the skylight needs to be recaulked. Emerald is quick to response, send an installer the same day and propose a fix that involves replacing a small part of the roofing material and install new flashing around the skylight at a very reasonable cost. The only problem is that one corner of the skylight was not pushed back all the way (we didn't know until the dry wall repair person told us). The installer did not show up as promised the 2nd day. We did install correctly the first time. Since we installed the right size skylight, it looked slightly different to the customer. So on return, we verified it was installed correctly. We also were paid $15.00 to go buy caulk and return to caulk a door. Pretty good deal ! We caulked where told.
Competitive price, great job installing the roof and gave a life time workmanship guarantee. Todd was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend. No issues.
