I consulted with Shawn on the project to get estimates for painting the interior and exterior of our house. Shawn did a great job working with us on details, making recommendations, and then having one of his crew leads (Jose) meet with us to go over the finer details. They were able to start the project very quickly, and Jose's super-hard-working crew did an absolutely amazing job on both the interior and exterior. easy and plesant to work with
From the first person Todd who responded quickly to my request for a bid to do the job to the roofing crew, they were all very professional and did a great job.
Had to wait for delivery of materials and dumpster which was not well timed, but once started the roofing went well and results were great.
Business response:
I would like to reflect on the only negative thing about this but I am not sure what it really means. Materials and the disposal come from different vendors which ourselves or any other contractor has control of. We can only do our best on that but if I knew some more details I might have a better response.
We used Emerald State to replace old cedar shake roof with Certainteed Landmark TL asphalt shingles. We collected 5 bids. Todd (Emerald State owner) worked with us and offered the best price and 5-Star Coverage. Good workmanship & good communication. Crew worked fast and finished on time/ahead of schedule, the yard was picked up and cleared of most debris and nails and the roof looked great! I can't say enough good things about Todd and his crew. New roof looking great!!!

Todd was very easy to work with and he maintained great communication throughout the project. Windows look fantastic and I'll definitely contact him when I'm ready to replace the rest of the windows in my home.
