The company prides itself in delivering what they promise. This quality shows through the work they perform - they are constantly busy (do they even take breaks?) and SUPER clean. After every day, they would go over the property to pick up even the smallest piece of refuse and make sure that there are not nails for the customer's cars to run over. Emerald State provided an excellent overall experience throughout the entire roofing process. I would highly recommend them for several reasons. These are: 1 - Value. For the price we got the highest quality installation that is possible. Emerald State's quote included all of the additional items that other roofer consider optional, such as ridge venting and a 50 year warranty. Make sure when hiring them that you have someone at the residence that speaks Spanish, none of the workers speak enough English to work with. The work was done well but you cannot ask any questions due to the language barrier. I was told that the head worker spoke English but that was not the case.

Todd, the owner of Emerald State,LLC and his crew are the best in every aspect of their job. We won't hesitate to hire Todd again if we have any other projects in future. We highly recommend him. Super friendly, fair in pricing, high work ethics and standards.
Todd, the owner, and his crew performed over and above expectations. As an engineer I am normally critical about work, but in this case I am more than pleased. Todd did what he said he would do, and his 3-man crew came early, left late and did outstanding work. I would hire them again any time.
Work was done effectively and at a very reasonable price. They cleaned up afterwards, everywhere on the roof and around the yard. A representative came to our house to go over the details of the contract, warranty, pick materials, colors, etc. He brought roof material samples and marketing material for Certainteed. They use Eagleview Technologies for aerial imaging of the roof to get precise measurements.
