I've had to take my cat here multiple times for multiple reasons and I've always been so impressed with the patience and care they've had for my ,not so cooperative, pet. The veterinarians and staff have been so competent and thorough. Even when they are incredibly busy, they always manage to take the time to listen and answer all my questions. I'm so thankful they are available 24 7 because my cat never seems to have issues during business hours!!!
My golden retriever recently had an emergency surgery. I was nothing but impressed with the staff. They were amazing with my dog and were so kind to me during the process. Every single person I dealt with at the clinic was wonderful. Thank you Emerald City for the excellent care for my dog and the kindness you showed me during this difficult time.
They took such great care of our poor, sick kitty! They went above and beyond to make sure that we got the care that we needed, and ONLY the care that we both needed and wanted, unlike other vets that will try to sneak in charges when you're in a vulnerable position. They made sure to clearly explain everything that they wanted to do before doing it so that we knew the price going into it, and the preliminary exam fee, even if we had chosen to back out and not receive treatment, was way more reasonable than I expected for an... read more
The emergency clinic was clean and receptionist friendly. Since the clinic is for emergencies, the waiting period was about an hour before the dog was seen. The vet on call was thorough and very professional. We discussed all options before deciding what care the dog needed.

I don't recall the veterinary tech that was on duty while I was in with my chocolate eating pug last night, but she made me feel at ease. She was busy, but took the time to explain everything to me and to help me feel a little better about the situation. She is the perfect person for that kind of job. I wish I had your name. We are so grateful for the expertise and excellent care they received at Emerald City Emergency Clinic from Dr. Teri Weronko, Tara, and the rest of the staff. We are relieved to have them back home and recovering.
Tonight was my third visit to this place. Every time I have went I have received great care for my pets. This small, humble emergency room has given my pets much better care than either of the two upscale (also double the cost) other emergency clinics here in Seattle. Took my little guy there tonight, they were great and it is the only emergency vet I will use. I thought he had broken his leg, they informed me he was fine and just some rest and love was all he needed.
