We'd like to thank the compassionate and caring staff at Emerald City for taking care of our elderly cat, Norman, and of us, during the traumatic event of having to put him to sleep due to multiple organ failure. Our normal vet is the Cat Clinic of Seattle, but they were closed when Norman was taking a turn for the worse. They had recommended Emerald City. Caring, responsive wonderful people here. They have taken care of one of our older dogs who needed to be euthanized after a tumor ruptured in her stomach 2 years ago and they just saved her brother from a poisoning. Great people with a challenging job.
Extremely knowledgeable doctors and staff, you can really tell they care for animals and their stressed out/grieving owners. Prices are.... Emergency prices, exam is comparable to any vet visit, diagnostics are a little more (they ARE open 24 hours!), and treatments are reasonable-expected. 100% will take my pets here in case of emergency, I only wish they did regular, day practice, stuff!
Thank you for taking such good care of my little Manx kitty, Frances. Getting an emergency call about your pet while on vacation is my worst nightmare, and I appreciate the good care as well as sensitivity to my financial constraints. She's back to her normal self - begging for treats and continuing her lifelong quest to kill the laser pointer red dot.
I'm so thankful for Emerald City Emergency Clinic and Dr Carrigan! I've been to Emerald City Emergency a few times with cat and dog. They have always been compassionate and thorough. Super friendly staff that goes above and beyond with their time and attention, in person and by phone. These are gentle, capable caregivers -- perfect for our sweet 18 year old cat. The pricing seemed reasonable to us, especially considering it was emergency care. Thank you, Emerald City!
We took our baby dog, Nolan here this past weekend. He was such a wonderful puppy. We were in a panic as our baby was very sick and we did not know what was going on. We arrived and the staff greeted us and were nice. Our vet was Dr. Foley and she was AMAZING! She is probably one of the best vets that I have had in a while. Our regular vet is Urban Animal, but they were not open at the time, so we had to seek care at the Emergency Clinic. I am incredibly grateful to the staff at Emerald City Emergency Clinic (ECEC). I was mid-flight when my husband told me that my little boy had ripped off a toenail. Feel free to flinch...I did. Anyway, he called a bunch of nearby vets and two recommended ECEC. Without many options left and a bleeding mini dachshund, my husband hustled over. They were FANTASTIC!
