I loved living at Ellicott I moved out recently due to personal reasons and can say with all certainty that Ellicott is one of the absolute best apartment I had ever had the pleasure of living in. I have lived in several different apartments along Connecticut Ave and I must say that this is an absolutely wonderful place. I never ever encounter any pest or had any concerns regarding safety. Quietly living in a city The Ellicott Place has been great so far. It's lose to bus stops and just a short walk away from the Metro. There's a good amount of restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well. Despite living on the street side my apartment is very quiet when it comes to street noise. The building overall is very quiet and clean. The pool is nice, I've been using it to work out. The work out facilities are nice and the room is air conditioned, a major plus.
