Verified Renter The best place to live. We have a 1 year living here and we are so happy, so we renew our lease again. We have beautiful neighborhood, pet friendly, pool, gym, leasing office, coffee bar and tennis court.

Verified Renter The prices are good for the area on many units since this is a rent controlled building, but the units aren't that nice. Maintenance is also somewhat lacking. Some things they determine aren't worth fixing, and even when they do need to be fixed maintenance can be very slow. It took over 2 months to get our heater thermostat working (in January and February too!) . The bathtub has a dent in the bottom and cannot fully drain, this too was noted on the move in form but is apparently not worth fixing when we put... read more

Verified Renter I enjoy living at Ellicott House, my apartment is cozy and the building is nice and well maintained. I am giving 4 stars because sometimes there are some issues with the hot water and the elevators. On the other hand, I am thankful for the wonderful staff that work at the front desk, they are always very kind and helpful!

Verified Renter I have lived at Ellicot House for two years and I think it is good place to live. It is near schools, stores, gas stations, pharmacies and restaurants. Transportation is easy and very convenient. There is an indoor pool and two tennis courts.
