Sadly, just gets worse I have not had water for over a week. This issue has been going on for over 6 months. The water is ice cold and we were all left here for the long Memorial Day weekend with no hot water, no pool (on a holiday) and fans running in the hall because of a leak last week. I am curious how old the boiler is and when it’s supposed to be replaced?? It should probably be looked at by a professional at this point. The tenants must bathe. Hot water is part of my lease. Verified Renter The best place to live. We have a 1 year living here and we are so happy, so we renew our lease again. We have beautiful neighborhood, pet friendly, pool, gym, leasing office, coffee bar and tennis court.

Verified Renter The prices are good for the area on many units since this is a rent controlled building, but the units aren't that nice. Maintenance is also somewhat lacking. Some things they determine aren't worth fixing, and even when they do need to be fixed maintenance can be very slow. It took over 2 months to get our heater thermostat working (in January and February too!) . The bathtub has a dent in the bottom and cannot fully drain, this too was noted on the move in form but is apparently not worth fixing when we put... read more
