Verified Renter Not happy about the frequent water shut-offs. Building’s heating and AC are inconsistent- in winter hallways are way too hot. Hallway carpets should be deep-cleaned (not just vacuumed weekly, however I’m pleased the vacuuming is consistent). I’ve lived here a year and a half and the fire pit still doesn’t work. On the bright side, staff is friendly and responsive. Community feels safe.

Verified Renter Almost two years living at Ellicott building and it feels like home. One of the best and affordable buildings in the area. I loved the upgrades on the beach umbrellas outside and our indoor pool. They look great! Special thanks to all the staffing and management who are always so welcoming and kind!
