Great service
As always, the dental hygienist (Holly was new to me) was personable, professional, and did a great job without any discomfort to me. When Dr. Herring does the final check and examines X-Rays, we catch up on family/health matters since the last visit. It feels like family.
I have already recommended you to our friends. I thought you took all the time needed, prices were great and all staff was friendly and nice. Very clean and neat. Could not ask for more!!!
Rachel has beautiful eyes! Dr Herring needs to find humor in puns. "...Chrome for the Hollandaise...." When it was necessary for this office to change appointments, not only did they send an email, they also sent a USPS letter, complete with new appointment card. THAT'S professionalism!
I have Parkinson's and I constantly move, Dr. Scott Herring, never complains or tries to refer me to another Dentist, he has the patience of Job with me. He makes sure that I feel no pain and somehow stays on my (moving target) problem area. He has my trust and my loyalty too. I highly recommend him.
Laurie is the best dental hygiene ever
I must say that I was very nervous about my visit today but I felt at ease when I met the staff and of course Dr. Carl Herring. He is very friendly, made recommendations to improve my gums and teeth. Customer service is big for me and I just say that they have the best customer support there is. All the staff was friendly, good communicators and they explained everything they were doing. You have a customer for life and I will make sure to recommend you to my friends.
