I was new to the Elgin area, and the Elgin Family Dental office was recommended to me. I was fortunate to obtain an appointment before the end of 2016. I went in to have my, twice annually-scheduled, teeth cleaning with these, new to me, professionals. Throughout my appointment I was treated with courteous, friendly, and professional service by all of the staff. I like that the entire staff listens and tries to accommodate my needs. They even write notes for my next visit so I don't have to say it each time I come in.

On Monday I had my husband look at a molar that started feeling strange in my mouth and he said,"oh, that looks bad." I knew my suspicions were confirmed and I checked the time and made a quick call to the office. I was lucky enough to call when Dr. Carl Herring an an open appointment time. After an X-ray he came in and examined the tooth and found that he could clean out the old, broken filling and put in a new one. He did a great job with patience and care. Thanks, Dr. Carl.

I love Elgin Family Dental every time I go I have been made to feel like like I'm the only patient there and have all the staff's undivided attention. Dr. Carl Herring and Dr. Scott Herring have always gone out of their way to help me financially and still give me the best care. I will always be forever grateful.

I didn't expect to have such a great experience. My hygienist was very nice, gentle, careful and accommodating.Dr. Herring was also very professional. They weren't in a rush and took the time to hear my concerns making me feel comfortable. I was very nervous picking a new dentist, but I am convinced I made a great choice. Did I mention the awesome feeling of sitting on a massaging chair while getting my teeth cleaned??

I never knew having your teeth cleaned could be such a pleasant experience! Gentle and really did a super job. I am so lucky to have found this Dentist and his staff.

took time to explain problem...then gave clear plan to viable solution...answered all questions...good to have such a health care source available.
