As a new patient, I was very pleased that the service began at my appointment time. Both the hygenist/dental assistant and the dentist, Dr. Scott, were friendly, listened to what I had to say, and explained my options. The environment was clean and opened. I recommend Elgin Family Dental to anyone who wants prompt, professional service.
Dr. Carl Herring and his staff are all very warm, caring individuals who perform excellent work.
What a friendly outfit. From receptionist to hygienist and doctor. I changed dentists and this was my first visit, Rachel, my hygienist was very gentle, explaining things and asking the right questions. Same with Dr. Herring, thorough and gentle. He explained everything and made his recommendations, nothing unexpected since I have been with a dentist for 15 years, but very reassuring. They definitely won me over.

Very nice office. Everyone was polite and very professional. I will work on Dr Scott. I want to see him tell a joke. Seriously I was impressed.
I always have tea stains on my teeth and even leave with some after a cleaning. Rachel did a superior job, and I left with NO tea stains on my teeth. She was truly professional. Wish I could come in every 3 months with her.
I was very happy with new hygeniest Rachel. She did a good job on my teeth.
