The new hygienist, Rachel, is great. Keep her happy.
I brought my daughter Lauren (3 y/o) last week to have her teeth cleaned and she had a wonderful experience! She keeps asking when she can go see the tooth doctor! I just wanted to thank Dr. Carl and Rachel for doing an outstanding job (also for the glove balloons)! The ENTIRE staff is very professional and genuine! I would also like to thank Holly and Peggy for their outstanding work as well!
I just had a cavity filled by a great dentist, Dr. Carl Herring. No pain, no fuss, friendly staff.

I went in for a tooth cleaning. Rachel took care of me. I had never met her before, but she discussed health issues with me & took x-rays because I had not had any taken for a couple of years. She was very kind and gentle as she positioned the equipment. I have a pretty active gag reflex but she was patient & careful to allow me time to adjust. I had emergency toothache. Elgin family Dental got me in as quick as possible. The tooth had to be extracted and Dr. Herring did an excellent job removing the tooth. He has a very good touch. The extraction was almost painless. (Except for the shots)
