The facility was clean and welcoming with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and made the visit enjoyable. The staff also explained where my problem areas were and how they plan to assist in fixing my problem areas. The massage chair was an added bonus! This will be my families dental office.
I still have a numb mouth which is normal. I am always comfortable when I come and love looking out on the flowers, birds, and butterflies. It's very calming. Ya'll are always very accommodating and I do appreciate that.
After my dentist retired (in Austin), I was quite concerned about finding a new dentist, I really wanted one close to home. The Elgin Family Dentist is exactly what I was looking for, the staff was so friendly, nice office, very clean. I would recommend this to family &a friends. A 5 STAR ! !
The office scheduled an emergency appointment for me even though I have never been there. They were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately I need to have my tooth extracted but they were very nice and scheduled my new appointment right away while I waited. I highly recommend you give them a try!
Although I always get nervous, the hygienist made me feel very comfortable & did a pain free cleaning. The same with the x-rays. Dr. Scott outlined my plan & set priorities for me. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere.
Holly was thoughtful and careful in providing an excellent cleaning and check of my teeth on this cleaning visit between appointments with Dr. Herring.
