Staff is friendly, professional and sincere. Reasonable solutions are offered for dental problems. Offices and exam rooms are meticulously clean.
I was impressed with the hygienist: steady hands, did not gouge up my mouth, friendly without making silly small talk. Dr. Herring was friendly and straightforward; able to talk about the ugly stuff without making me uncomfortable. Front desk staff were very accommodating with my time constraints and insurance needs. I had an overdue exam and cleaning.
