Did a good job. I liked that the staff all embody the values of the program they teach
Did a good job with getting me off all substances.
The program was helpful! I got more out of the program the second time around. I learned more about coping skills, getting deeper into my resentment issues with my mom, responsibilities, triggers. It was helpful that the team actually helped me set up appointments with therapists, printed out local meetings and groups before I got discharged. That didn't happen the first time.
Learned life skills that are going to help me in a lifetime of sobriety. Thanks!
