The staff truly cared for my best interest and did their best to ensure I would have the best chances of being a sober person for the rest of my life. I really appreciate the staff and Elevate for what they've done for me.

The elevate staff went above and beyond to make this expereinces enjoyable and successful. Some staff I feel need recognized for their greatness are: Leslie, Amanda,Cassidy,Mariah, and Jen.
Obviously at first i was not a fan of being enrolled into a rehab facility. But once I realized that this is the help that i needed I was able to look within myself and take the program seriously and do the necessary changes within myself and with my life to remain in recovery so that I am able to maintain a sober and drug free life
Overall I got a lot out of this program and feel it is very well put together. I feel the communication, in general, between staff and clients could use a little improvement (for example, there were many times I didn't receive my Client Request Form back, or it took a very long time) and I also don't appreciate that during most breaks that the clients have, the office is empty, making it difficult/stressful to get medications. The staff was very supportive and helpful throughout the program. They all seemed to really care about our well-being and helping us through our recovery.
Loved the people, staff, food, and holistic program as a whole.
Program was a success overall. THe reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I feel like there could have been more one on one/ group counseling other than just education blocks. Sometimes the education was helpful and others it seemed not productive.
The staff was very friendly and helpful in my recovery. Also made a comfortable and safe environment.
