I enjoyed the program and the material was very insightful and useful for me now and in the future. Between the food and fitness and the course material this was the right place for me.
I was nervous before coming to rehab, but when i came to Tahoe everyone was super nice and welcoming. My Pmc's were super helpful. I enjoyed the fitness classes the program offers. Things get fix when there's a problem.
