Coming here I felt welcomed and comfortable coming from a high stress situation.
I was a little apprehensive to start this program. I have to say that I felt very welcome by the staff in Watsonville, and they made everything go smoothly. When I arrived here in Tahoe, it was the same. The staff was warm, enthusiastic, and treated me with alot of respect. I was given a tour of the facility and everything was explained me in great detail

It was a highly structured program that really helped me focus on my addiction
The mindfulness and physical fitness were an integral part of my continuing determination to succeed. I usually benefit greatly from one on one counseling, but this way I was able to take some time to myself and understand where my happiness could come from.
Staff is great and do want whats best for you, even if you dont like it they do care. Which is necessary when going through a process like this.
