really helped me to change my life for the better. iv learned alot about my self and who i want to be in life.
I was surprised by some things that were not made clear before checking in...length of time in detox due to transportation issues, that only Tahoe was a 30 day program, phone limitations, difficulty of putting money on the books. I also felt that CRFs were not processed efficiently and was frustrated by lack of communication with staff.
You all did amazing!
