Elevate I would 100% recommend. I got there on a Friday evening and realised it was so busy because they are so popular. It was not ideal that I was being moved from one wash sink to another but I guess depends on who needs use the sink more urgently. I think it would be great to see them expand. Yewande washed, detangled and treated my hair so lovely and accommodating, made me feel welcome and I enjoyed speaking to her. I then to Latisha to do my silk press who was kind and very informative. Jasmine was amazing from beginning to end! This was my first time at Elevate and I’m glad I went with her. She was so gentle and attentive especially when cutting my bob; she brought me back to life lol! The salon atmosphere was lovely too and and the staff were all friendly and engaging. I booked my first silk press at Elevate Salon in Brixton with Danielle, and it was a really great experience. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and I was even offered hot chocolate and snacks, which was such a nice touch. My hair was washed and blow-dried beforehand, and Danielle did my silk press.
