I visited several Indy-area dealerships and Ed Martin had by FAR the best customer service and experience. Todd and DJ worked to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I am VERY happy and Ed Martin Honda has gained a customer for life!

Very dissatisfied regarding the service I experienced today! I purchased a brand new 2016 Honda Civic a few months ago and came in for my first service . It was apart of the offer when I bought the vehicle that I would receive three free changes. Upon checkout I noticed they charge me for the oil change, I stated I am suppose to get three free oil changes. The service man said no problem let me go ask your salesman Todd. My first Honda dealership experience....I felt as if the salesperson (Orlando) truly listened and understood exactly what I wanted and had know time for rhetoric conversation! I ask to have time to myself to look among all the models available to make my final selection and then questioned him regarding the vehicle!
