I had a really good experience here. I wanted a particular 2016 Vehicle in a particular color with a manual transimission. They searched the entire country between Indy and Tokyo and couldn't find one then helped me order a 2017. The process took a few months but they kept me informed at every point and promptly answered all my queries. I have my vehicle now and couldn't be happier. If you go there, ask for Ed O'Friel.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Since I was already approved for a loan from my bank, I went in just to get the purchase order going. Jason Miller suggested trying to get approved through their Honda Financial staff. I'm glad I took his advice. Not only did I drive my 2016 CR-V home that same day, they got me a much better interest rate than my own bank had already approved me for.
This is the only place I will ever go to for Honda. Zac Powell is the best!
I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from this place and loved the experience. The salesman Dave Shockley was attentive, griendly, and patient. 3 things you want in a sales guy. He helped me find the right car for my situation with payment I could afford. I will be a customer for life and will definitely be recommending this dealership to all my friends and family.
