With Ed Martin being such a big company, you would think they would pay their employees a decent wage. In reviewing the pay scale in Indianapolis, they don't even pay their employees the lowest end of the scale. That is ridiculous. It is the rich getting richer and the poor being bashed again!!! Plus management in the body shop is a disgrace!!
I'm so disappointed with this dealership. Our first experience was awesome. (I say our bc my friend and I have purchased cars together both times.) However, this past experience has been AWFUL! 1.) They never ended either of our first leases (which in turn hurt my credit score). Honda Financial was asking me to get ahold of them bc they weren't returning calls. After numerous phone calls and being ignored by my salesman, I spoke with the GM. I was told it would be fixed. I just found out it was never fixed! 2.) They also lie... read more

Overall great experience with Orlando. He made the car buying experience to be as smooth and fast as possible.
I took my element into get all the recalls fixed. One of the recalls was a wire for the ignition switch. Well i picked up my baby the same day, which I thought was great! Fast service! I was pleased until I look at my steering wheel the next day. They had broke the clips tht held th the sheering wheel cover together, and didnt even tell me! Now Im waiting for the number to their district manager. This is unacceptable!
