I will never be taking my car here for service again. For multiple reasons: Last year, while trying to make an appointment for an oil change, Hank told me they no longer made appointments for oil changes and that I would just have to be a walk in. So, I did. I ended up sitting there for 2.5 hours because they placed my car under the wrong ticket. Rodney ended up giving me my oil change for free and apologizing, so I let it go. Service here is always top notch whether you are purchasing, leasing, or having a vehicle serviced. Our family has done all 3. We always come back here because it feels like home.
