I purchased a vehicle from them in March, my temp tags expire tomorrow May 12th. The title info hasn't been sent to the DMV yet, and I've called the dealership over 10 times always been sent to the voicemail of the tags and title team and with no call back. Everyone that answers the phone at first says to just stop by the dealership and exchange the temp tags but I work as a travel nurse and I'm currently in Virginia until past the summer. Since my purchase with echo park I have not been able to receive any help regarding the vehicle. I was involved in a bad wreck (not at fault) car was totaled a month after purchase & they have not been any help. The ally gap insurance is a rep off... they have both been a help I have been without a vehicle now for 2 months waiting on gap to pay 3,000. Never shopping w them again.
Unprofessional after sales service, difficult to get someone who can help. Felt very rushed through even though I was quick to decide on which vehicle I wanted. Slow on their paperwork, wasn't able to take day of. Protective panel missing, they ordered part apparently, yet no follow up for weeks.
To start off I want to say that if you are out of state DO NOT BUY HERE. We were told many times that the registration would be taken care of during this whole situation as we are from out of state. My husband asked many times over and over again if it would be taken care of and we were told yes it was taken care of and all we had to do was wait for our license plates in the mail. Do not recommend Houston Southwest location. No communication from sales person or finance dept. Called call center multiple times and txt/called salesperson could not get anyone to call back or get updates. Very disappointed with the poor service. Finance and sales seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.

I purchased a car from EchoPark on 3/13/21. The next morning, we discovered an issue with the air conditioner not blowing cold air into the cabin. Under the direction of EP, my car has since been to Subaru of Gwinnett 5 times in 5 weeks, and I've gotten to drive it 5 days since the date of purchase. The dealership in Plano, Texas has terrible customer service, from the salesman, finance department and just general all around service. They never answer the phone and if you do finally talk to someone they act like they could care less about you or what you are asking. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this place.
Awesome experience! Highly recommend Echopark. I called to make an appointment to see a particular Hyundai Elantra that they had listed at the Long Beach location. Morgan made the appointment and said that if the car was sold prior to our appointment they would let us know. I didn't believe it. We drove 2 hours and was helped by Monica. I was ready to buy a Ford Explorer and I found the exact one I was looking for at the Thornton, CO location. However, during the test drive it was very obvious that the alignment was off and it pulled dangerously to the right. I informed my Salesman and he said it would be fixed and to come back the next day. I came back for another test drive and it stilled pulled to the right.
