EchoPark made our car buying experience very easy today. Emily was our internet contact, Ashley was our sales rep, Keith was our financial guy, and Mark was the manager All were very professional and personable. I liked the fact that they didn't charge all the extra dealer fees. the vehicle I purchased was thousands below book value and the price offered on my trade was fair. Yes, we were concerned about the recent poor ratings on this site so we discussed the negative comments. After our experience, I believe the whiners pr... read more

I am an out of state buyer and these guys have been by far the worst to deal with when it comes to buying a vehicle. Most of them are rude and unprofessional, I did a lot of research prior to buying my vehicle and knew what I want and was pre-approved with another institution. Well they wouldn't take a cashiers check or funding from my bank because they weren't in their approved list, which I have never heard of or ran into before. I financed through them and got a 7% interest rate which is 2x higher than what my bank got me... read more

We were referred to this dealership via our Credit Union's partnership with the #TrueCar website. We even received an email from Echo Park, with our Credit Union's name at the top, telling us the car we were interested in was available. Drove 2 hours, ready to buy, with our Credit Union check in hand - only to have Echo Park tell us that they would not take our check. I was told that it doesn't fit their business model?? They would only sell to us if we were to use their financing or pay cash. We have never had a dealership ... read more

Horrible experience. Do not go here unless you are willing to finance a car. They intentionally make it difficult to pay with cash or cashier's check. After leaving my scheduled appointment to test drive a car we went to the bank to get the cashier's check (With Covid most banks are closed on Saturdays now and can only go through the drive thru). I called my so called experience manager right before obtaining the bank check just to verify again that the car was still available and he confirmed it was and there were not any s... read more

EchoPark epitomizes the perception people have of car salesmen; slimy, blood thirsty, don't care what they do if it will earn them a buck. We drove a car on Saturday night and decided, after driving many others, that it was the car. However, there was a burning smell we wanted them to check out first. The salesperson said the mechanic was gone and she would have them check it on Monday morning and then call us. She called at 12:30 on Monday afternoon and let us know what the smell was. She spoke with my husband and he wanted... read more

I echo Gordon's comment 100%. Test drove the SUV on a Saturday night. The car had a burning smell and asked them to check it out. They did on Monday, call me at 12:30 pm and said they put too much engine shine on the car and all was well. We said we would be there after 4:30 that afternoon. In our vehicle on the road to the dealer at 4:45, we get a call that the SUV had been sold. Was told they didn't hold cars. We said we were never told that. and it was only four hours since we told them we would be there. They said it was... read more

0/10 experience. I had purchased a vehicle from this location. It was sent back for radio work. During this 6 month process the only way i got an update was if i reached out first. I was constantly told my car was ready for pickup and then id get a follow up text saying it still was not working. 1 occasion i was told to finally come pick the car up. when i arrived to get it the first thing i did was test the radio and it still did not work. 100 percent no sound. The car was left to continue being worked on. Carlos said he se... read more

I bought from here in October, everything was going well. Was waiting for them to bring my car out and the paper work to get done. When the car was brought out my son and both noticed a very noticeable NEW dent on the drivers door. When I brought it to the sales person's attention he blew me off, said (what do you want me to do about it now? I guess we can fix it!) Almost as if I was stupid, which was exactly how he made me feel! At that point they were no longer a reputable GOOD sales dealer!!!
